About Toshitaka – Introducing Toshitaka Tamada-san, a Seki-based knife sharpener known for his super sharp knives. Although relatively unknown, he’s a sharpening pro and even has his own brand, Toshitaka. His blades are incredibly thin and perfectly tapered, making them a close match to Takamura Uchigumo’s grind – A big claim, but we are standing by it.
