Chiba Sengiri Slice-Kun Japanese Mandoline Slicer

The Slice-Kun can be used for thick or thin slices of potatoes, cabbage, cucumber, and more, or slap one of the three serrated blades for textured and julienne cuts!

Slice-Kun has a maximum width of 120mm, and the adjustable blade can be set to a maximum depth of 3mm. The three serrated blades come in 1mm, 2.5mm, and 8mm spacing. The blade can even be removed for sharpening!
