The name Quirelois is pronounced “Ki-re-lu-wa”, and in Japanese it means “OMG it is shaaarrp”. This mandoline is super versatile, wicked sharp and comes in 3 colours to keep your kit nice and custom.
Chiba Quirelois has a maximum width of 67mm, and the adjustable blade can be set to a maximum depth of 3mm. The two serrated blades come in 1mm and 2.5mm spacing. The blade can even be removed for sharpening!
